Use of Directory

SepticAlternative (https://septicalternative.com) provides a directory of septic service companies for informational purposes. We do not endorse, guarantee, or warrant any listed company. Users are responsible for verifying credentials, licensing, and insurance before hiring any service provider.

Business Listings

Business listings are created from publicly available data sources. Business owners may claim their listing to manage and update information. Claimed listings with active subscriptions receive enhanced features as described on our pricing page.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are processed through PayPal. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account. Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase.

Lead Distribution

Quote requests submitted by users are distributed to subscribing companies in the matching geographic area. Lead distribution does not guarantee conversion or customer acquisition. Pro and Elite subscribers receive leads; Verified subscribers do not.

Limitation of Liability

SepticAlternative is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of any septic service performed by listed companies. We are not a party to any transaction between users and service providers.
